This website describes a business process that Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd is placing with a BPO service provider. It is an invitation to apply for that placement. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, not an employment advertisement, not a franchise offer, and not an offer of any security, unit, scheme or investment product.

2. No promise of earnings

Payout rates shown are rates per certified productive seat against a minimum performance standard, not guaranteed income. No profit, return, payback period or level of earnings is promised or implied. Any figure produced by the modeller on this site is arithmetic on inputs you supply, not a forecast, and must not be relied on as one. Output and earnings depend on the performance of your centre.

3. Figures are the planning basis

Seat counts, volumes, timelines, cost estimates and investment line allocations shown here are the planning basis for the project. Binding terms are only those in the signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work and Rate Annexure. Where this website and a signed document differ, the signed document governs.

4. Client names and marks

Client and brand names are used to describe the process being outsourced. All trade marks belong to their owners. Nothing here grants you any right to use them.

5. Application and selection

We may accept or decline any application without giving reasons, may verify anything you tell us, and may withdraw the project from the market at any time before award. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. Content may change without notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
